All payments made for Event registration, replays, or VIP access are final and non-transferable.

No refunds will be issued for sponsorship.

Changes and Cancellations
Latinas in Podcasting reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, or content at any time. If the Event is canceled by the organizer, registrants will be notified, and any eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with this policy.

Access and Participation
